Representative cases

Special Notes:

1) Previous successes do not guarantee the same or similar results. Each case has its own merit and requires individualized preparation. Many factors, including the applicant's own academic achievements, preparation and presentation of the case, and variations in interpreting immigration law by individual immigration officers, may affect the outcome of an EB1A, EB1B, or NIW petition.

2) In 2020, USCIS approved seventy-five employment-based immigration petitions that were filed by our firm. In 2016, one EB1A petition was initially denied by the Nebraska Service Center but was approved after we successfully appealed the case to USCIS Administrative Appeals Office (AAO).
